#3D_Rentier #Dekupiersägevorlage Test läuft gut

Wer schon mein letztes Rentier, welches ich an der Bandsäge gesägt habe, entdeckt hat, der wird auch erkennen, dass dieses Rentier(inzwischen sind es schon mehrere) nun ganz natürlich ausschaut.

Meine vorherigen 3D Figuren, welche ich als Rentier tituliert habe, sind eher künstlerisch kreativ entstanden- nicht zuletzt, weil ich die ersten 3D Rentiere  ohne Vorlage und frei Hand gesägt habe.

Die Vorlage dieser #3D_Tiere entstand erst nach der fertig gesägten 3D Figur.

Nun bin ich mal den anderen Weg gegangen, habe zuerst die Vorlage gezeichnet und danach diese an der #Bandsäge ausprobiert.

OK, es bedarf hier mehr als nur 2-3 Sägeschnitte um eine "hübsche" #3D_Figur hinzukriegen.

Es sind jede Menge Feinschnittarbeiten erforderlich.

Nun habe ich inzwischen auch kleinere #Holzrentiere an der #Dekupiersäge gesägt und die kleineren Maße sind selbstverständlich aufwendiger in der weiteren Bearbeitung.

Ein "Wie?"-Video betreff #3D_Dekupiersäge_Rentier gibt es hier, denn bevor die #Sägevorlage für Dekupiersägen bestellt werden, sollten meine Kunden den Arbeitsprozess mind. einmal verfolgt haben, um sich selbst einschätzen zu können, ob an ihrer #Dekupiersäge sowas auch möglich wäre.

Maybe this video has the potential to reach the 500.000 hits 😀

In this case, I would publish the template under the condition that the source is cited for all interested parties.
However, it is not a simple saw pattern. I have additionally refined the contours.

Will this #pattern also be suitable for a #scroll_saw?
Certainly, but in a smaller size.

The previous 3D figures I never knew if I should call them moose or reindeer, because they were so artistically alienated that they didn't really resemble any of the mentioned animals.
 Now, as an exception, I first drew a saw pattern and then sawed the 3D figure.(see Video)
Generally I do it differently: I saw first freehand or only after a pattern sketched on the wood and then the correct saw pattern develops.

Bandsaw 3d owl

Can you saw an owl out of a piece of wood with a band saw?
Maybe similar to a chainsaw artist?
I think so, but you need a lot of imagination to saw a 3D owl on a band saw.
Because with two saw cuts, as it is possible with the example of my cats, elk/ reindeer, lamas or giraffe, one does not get further.
Even another cut from a third perspective didn't help me with my first attempt.
I had to make a lot of additional cuts until the approx. 2 inch small owl was easily recognizable.
But take a look for yourself: this video shows how I sawed this 3D owl in about 1/2 hour.

I can prepare a template for the first 3 saw cuts for you - and with a lot of fantasy and the suitable band saw you will surely get ahead.
