My first real looking #Bandsaw #3D_Reindeer 😀 👏 👏 👏

I would like to receive more Youtube subscribers worldwide, and I would also like to reach the 200,000 views with a video.
Maybe this video has the potential to reach the 500.000 hits 😀

In this case, I would publish the template under the condition that the source is cited for all interested parties.
However, it is not a simple saw pattern. I have additionally refined the contours.

Will this #pattern also be suitable for a #scroll_saw?
Certainly, but in a smaller size.

The previous 3D figures I never knew if I should call them moose or reindeer, because they were so artistically alienated that they didn't really resemble any of the mentioned animals.
 Now, as an exception, I first drew a saw pattern and then sawed the 3D figure.(see Video)
Generally I do it differently: I saw first freehand or only after a pattern sketched on the wood and then the correct saw pattern develops.

Bandsaw 3d owl

Can you saw an owl out of a piece of wood with a band saw?
Maybe similar to a chainsaw artist?
I think so, but you need a lot of imagination to saw a 3D owl on a band saw.
Because with two saw cuts, as it is possible with the example of my cats, elk/ reindeer, lamas or giraffe, one does not get further.
Even another cut from a third perspective didn't help me with my first attempt.
I had to make a lot of additional cuts until the approx. 2 inch small owl was easily recognizable.
But take a look for yourself: this video shows how I sawed this 3D owl in about 1/2 hour.

I can prepare a template for the first 3 saw cuts for you - and with a lot of fantasy and the suitable band saw you will surely get ahead.

Pferd Münzspardose mit Kleingeld Sperre

 Spardosen aus Holz gibt es etliche auf dem Markt. 

Meistens sind solche Spardosen Massenanfertigungen von der Stange.

Nicht so meine Holzspardosen.

Meine Spardosen werden einzeln in vielen handwerklichen Arbeitsschritten sorgfältig mit Liebe zum Detail angefertigt.

Es sind unterschiedliche Motive, welche ich selber entwerfe und als Spardosen weiterentwickele.

Die hier zu sehende Pferde Holzspardose ist wieder etwas Besonderes. Es ist nämlich eine Münzspardose. Und wer die Pferdespardose mal mit Scheinen füttert, wird sehr schnell merken, dass ihm Scheine nicht guttun 😢

 Die Holzspardose besitzt eine Rückflusssperre für Münzen, so dass diese nicht mehr durch die Einwurföffnung zurückkönnen. Sie ist also gewissermaßen einbruchhemmend angefertigt.

Wie ich diese Spardose angefertigt habe zeigen etliche Videos.

Wer sich selber traut, eine solche Spardose anzufertigen, der kann in meinem 1. Video erkennen, dass ich die Aussenkontur an einer Dekupiersäge gesägt habe. 

Die Dekupiersägevorlage für die Holzspardose kann bei mir bestellt werden.

Wie ich die Innenkontur an der Bandsäge säge und den Korpus verleime zeigt ein 2. Video. 

Im 3. Video wird die Münzen Sperre angefertigt. Die Anfertigung und platzierung der Sperre geschieht natürlich vor der Verleimung der Spardose.

Ein weiteres Video zeigt den Feinschliff, der für die engen Stellen mit besonderen Schleifbänder(Link führt zu einem Anbieter dieser) vollzogen werden konnte.

Um an das Ersparte zu kommen hilft ein besonderer Bit und ein Schrauber- oder Hammer und Säge 😎
